Barry Fuller

Barry is the co-Founder Director of Bates Group along with his Brother Chris Fuller. Barry started working life as a typewriter apprentice and became a Partner in Bates IT in the early ’80s finally taking ownership with Brother Chris in 1997. Barry role is customer-focused and is keenly involved with clients and our engineers. Customer service and satisfaction by delivering projects on budget and on time is his passion and focus.

Chris Fuller

Chris is the co-Founder Director of Bates Group along with his Brother Barry Fuller.
They started Bates IT in 1997 when they split from Bates Office Services we saw our Focus as IT working within the NHS this association with the NHS lead us to start another company Bates Health which specialised in the innovation of medical products.

John Emery

John Emery is a Chartered Building Surveyor bringing over 30 years’ experience to Bates FMC. John’s main focus is to maintain existing client relationships and developing new ones where opportunities may arise

Heather Grace

Heather Grace is responsible for the organisation and planning of our operatives. Having many years of experience within her role and developed exceptional expertise in this area.

Marcus Cornell

Marcus brings with him a wealth of knowledge to his role, having worked his way up from delivering goods to I.T engineering ending at procurement. Purchasing the best quality goods at the most competitive prices.
